Hi my name is Victoria and I work in Room 13, in year 4. I like playing on the computer, playing with friends, riding my bike and scooter and going to the beach. I live with my Mum and Dad and brother, Jamie and my two goldfish. Here is the work that I have typed up on the computer or pictures of the work I have done. Please leave a comment.
Eotc Monday: On Monday we went to Orakei Marae.The boys learnt the haka and the girls learnt a poi dance.The poi dance was not very tricky because I had been to Orakei Marae before. Tuesday: On Tuesday we went to Tree Adventures. We all did course 1 to 4. A lot of people managed to finish all the courses and repeat a few of them but I didn't. It was a very good trip. Wednesday: On Wednesday we went Orienteering. We had to use a map and try to find clickers and use them to stamp out a code. Most of the clickers were really well hidden but some were beside the path. Thursday: On Thursday we went to the Wave Pools. Everybody had loads of fun. I went down the hydroslide 3 times and played in the waves every 30 minutes. I even made it down to the deep end of the pool. Garden to Table Reflections! Week 8 / term 1-This week I was cooking and my group made two different types of salad. The first one we made was made of zuchinni, marrow and squash which was cooked in olive oil and we put mint on top. The other salad we made had cucumber, tomatoes and red pepper. It didn't have any dressing. They were both yummy and I'm a bit jealous of the teachers in the staff room who get all the left over food! The other cooking team made an orange meringue pie and the last cooking team made hard boiled eggs with leeks and onions on top. Super yummy! I really enjoyed this garden to table day!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3.8.11-This week I was gardening. First we picked some parsly. Then we went to the gully and picked some wierd wood ear fungus. Finally me, Emily E and Imogen planted a lemon tree. The food was good as normal!
25.8.11-This week I was cooking. We made a cabbage and blue cheese soup. The other groups made lemon jelly and pasta. I really liked the lemon jelly because it was all nice and foamy not like a normal jelly.

RWC
This week was the RWC so we had to do different homework tasks relating to RWC.
Week 1: We had to type a report about a rugby player.
